RENO, Nev. (KOLO) Drone America is providing emergency services wtih real-time intelligence technology during disasters like fire and flood.
“We actually communicate on a regular basis with emergency services, which will make a decision whether it can utilize our services in one of those particular applications,” Mike Richards, CEO of Drone America, says.
This is the first year the technology will be utilized to help with mapping and finding potential victims. Sensor specialist Tim Ball says their technology provides information that prediction models cannot.
