Drone America displayed its first production system at the Reno Air Races on September 10-14 at the Stead Airport. The booth was next to the Nevada Institute for Autonomous Systems (NIAS) on the East side of the airport in the Drone Zone. Staff and engineers were on hand to explain Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) technologies and how Drone America is pioneering system development that encompasses agriculture, fire mapping, fire suppression, search and rescue, disaster and humanitarian relief applications which include both wildlife and mankind.
Ariel ScooperDrone™, UNR Phoebus III, NV State Phoebus III, DAx8 Multirotor RC UAS and Ground Control Station (GCS) were on display at the event.
