Reno-based KRNV Channel 4 News did a segment on the cloud seeding research partnership between Drone America, DRI and Avisight. The unmanned flight test was the first of its kind. As the first phase in a new industry-academic research partnership, the test flight of a DAx8 multi-rotor aircraft with attached cloud seeding cargo validated the potential for UAS to significantly enhance airborne seeding operations.
